We’re building a high-performance Consumer team at Wolt Germany to drive growth and profitability across Wolt+, Loyalty, Pricing & Incentives, and Discovery. As Senior Strategy Manager, Consumer Growth, you won’t just analyze performance, you’ll shape the direction of our most important consumer-facing bets.You’ll be a key partner to the Regional Head of Consumer, helping frame strategy, manage senior stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept to execution. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of meaningful levers of consumer value and play a central role in how millions of users experience and grow with Wolt.
What you'll do
- Own key consumer growth levers: Wolt+, Rewards, Incentives, Discovery from campaign and pricing strategy to subscriber growth and offer performance
- Frame and defend strategy: Write clearly, think deeply, and influence across Product, Finance, BizOps, and Marketing including leadership-level forums
- Execute end-to-end: This is not a handoff role. You’ll go from strategy docs and decks to live launches and results measurement
- Drive Behavioural change: Design campaigns, A/B tests, and incentives that shift how users engage and create long-term value
- Lead cross-functional work streams: Partner with Data Science, Product, Marketing, and Central teams to execute initiatives with speed and quality
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years experience in Consumer Growth or Strategy
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional work independently, ideally in a tech, marketplace, or product-driven environment
- Executive communication skills, you write well, think fast, and frame clearly across written, visual, and verbal formats
- Analytical fluency (Excel, Looker, Tableau and SQL a plus) and the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
- Comfortable in ambiguity: you can structure problems, defend a POV with data, and adapt quickly to feedback or new signals
- A collaborative partner with high trustworthiness,who can step into high stakes conversations with senior stakeholders and hold the Cx narrative
- Curious about consumer behavior, comfortable experimenting, and energized by building systems that scale
